Odling: 2000 kvadratmeter med ekologisk grönsaksodling, 10 ha vall och spannmål.
Bageri: Nybyggt bageri med vedeldad stenugn, ekologiska råvaror, långa jästider, surdeg.
Trädgårdscafé: Direkt från bageriet serveras fika i trädgården och växthuset

We run a small organic farm with various objectives - growing grain for the bakery as well as forage for our horses and the other animals. Furthermore, we grow vegetables for ourself and sometimes for sale. Therefore, the tasks are very variating and you can learn agriculture as well as horticulture.
As a wwoofer, you can chose from many different work tasks, baking, agriculture, taking care of the animals. In addition, there are always plenty of other work, for instance; constructing and crafting, logging, fencing, cooking - all depending of interest!
We have a couple of small lodgements, some of them with coocking facilities. You are of course welcome to eat and cook with us - all meals are vegetarian!
The main income source today is our bakery, although it is only one of many parts, that are linked together by the organical methods and thinking at Bäckhästen. The bakery is certified by KRAV as well as the farm.
We welcome wwoofers that are interested to learn - we have knowledges in quite diverse areas!
