We are three families who live on a farm together. We are transforming an old traditional big farm to a permaculture enviroment. We grow vegetables and have some animals. This is our third season here and we are continously experimenting! Our aim this year is to build a kitchen and hopefully have a café with our own food. We try to do as much as possible ourselves. To become self-sufficient not only with food but also with all the other stuff we need on the farm is an objective we are trying to reach.
So far we have had nine wwofers from different parts of the world, all of whom have enriched our lifes in many ways apart from also helping us out with a great deal.
Together we are six adults and six children from 1-8 years, which means that we share our time between the children and working on the farm. We would love to have some happy, energetic people to help us with anything from weeding to building stuff. We can offer a charming attic for two wwoofers at a time, your own bathroom (in another house) and of course meals together with us (and our animated children:-)). On your free time you can borrow a bike and experience the beautiful landscape or maybe take the bus to lake Vättern, the second biggest lake in Sweden!
