The Sanctuary is an organic Retreat Farm surrounded by flower & herb gardens embraced by nature reserve forest at the end of a hidden valley only 20 km from the shores of the Baltic Sea. We host retreat guests, international teachers and medicine people from different traditions. Organic Cafe, Body Work, Sound Therapy, Medicinal Plants, Sweatlodge Ceremonies, Mystery School, Music Studio, Annual Healing Arts & Sacred Music Festival.

An honest and self-responsable spirit is needed from the wwoofers who stay here. You may be working alone at times and can practice self inquiry and meditation in action.
You will be introduced to the place and the jobs and then you must find your own rhythm and time to give your exchange and contribution. We ask for around 2 x 3 hrs work a day.
The bases for anyones stay here is a good communication, an open mind, flexibility, active contribution and a sense of harmony and balance. If your stay does not contribute or serve the place we will ask you to leave before the arranged time. No TV, no drugs, no alcohol. Just pure water and air and the song of the birds - and aah... silence.
