We are big family of eight living in Solgården, which is also a restaurant and B & B. We have just had the resturant for four years, so much of it is still "under construction". We plan to double the size of the vegetable garden, and to get a green house in order to grow our own tomatoes for jam production. We also would like to keep hens, so a hen house is on the wish list.
The restaurant is busiest in the summer, when the summer guests arrive. Maglehem has it's own music festival in June, and at Solgården there have been art projects and music evenings. We also have plans of organising film shows. So there is plenty to do here "after work". The surroundings are great with long, unspoilt beaches just 3 kms away, moors and forests for walking.
