Sätre Örtagård is a small farm with approx. 2,5 ha land and 4 ha forest.The small farm is located on the beatiful peninsula of Värmlandsnäs, about 35 km into Lake Vänern, the 3rd largest lake in northern Europe, where we are growing different kinds of herbs and berries. The herbs are used for producing herb-teas and spices, and from the berries we do juice and ingredients for herb-tea. We are also members of an ecological association where we sell parts of our herbs. We live within walking distance from the great lake Vänern, with all its possibilities. The flat area of Värmlandsnäs is perfect for biking, both on the roads and the paths of the forests. The forests are full of berries and mushrooms.
We are interested in “hardworking” people enjoying life. Accomodation will be in small cottages and all meals are served in the main house.
