Sörbro is a versatile organic farm.
We have about 120 dairy goats, 15 steers and 50 hectares of fields where we grow feed for animals, vegetables and grain.
In our dairy we make fine cheeses from the milk that our goats produce. The cheeses are sold in various places in the neighborhood and in our little shop. The store also has home grown vegetables from our vegetable garden and meat from our animals.
In the fields we are working with green manure and catch crops for reducing diesel consumption and nutrient leaching.
