---Since four years we are living and working in our gardens and both houses .To restore these houses we use natural materials and old techniques with clay, linnen and wood as construction material.

Our property is situated in an area with old woodlands , open fields, a lot of wild flowers, and fruit trees. We want to make maximum use of local products. and also work together with small scale farms in the area.

In the summer we have our own vegetables, herbs, eggs and fruit, along with the products of our neighborhood;
So we have top quality in our restaurant ! Beside this we sell our products in the small shop, located in the Red House.

Our gardens: a large herb garden which is also accessible for disabled people , a vegetable garden, greenhouse tomatoes and pickles, hens, and a flower garden with mostly local wild flowers and ancient species of flowers we grow ourselves.


We bake our own breads, cakes and biscuits, all meals are fresh with Swedish products .We use only seasonal products, and after the harvest of fruits we preserve them in a natural way.

Visitors and guests to the Restaurant and B & B , have a wide choice to create a private spot, as the property has many nice spots , like sitting among the flowers in the vegetable or herb garden. (not to mention the butterflies)

The small camping site in particular for people who hike or bicycle. There is an outdoor kitchen and outdoor shower.

There is plenty space to develop your own skills, so you can assist in building activities, work in the forest, gardens, the kitchens or the restaurant.

On your free day's you can go into the nearest city or enjoy the surroundings by bike or canoe.

We will mainly work together in the morning, usually in the afternoon there are individual gardening activities.
Working day: from 8.30 -13.00, and from 16.00-20.00.


During your stay, you live in the Red House, or on the camping site. Use of the shower and toilet in the Clay House. There is a small kitchen where you can make breakfast. We try to use the most meals together , there is internet, and you can take a canoe, bike, hottub, library, and DVD, s.
